"Golden Corral is confident Las Vegas can handle another all-you-can-eat dining alternative. The national brand is now hiring for its second local restaurant, which is an 11,000-square-foot location headed to Henderson’s Crossroads at Sunset retail center. Although the official opening date has not been announced, the 'careers' site is hiring 'team members' and advising future employees it will be 'opening soon' at the intersection of Stephanie Street and Sunset Road. The restaurant will feature the trademark 'red bay' and 'brittlebush' color scheme. The first Las Vegas location is near the intersection of Lamb and Charleston boulevards, opening at 10.30 a.m. for lunch and dinner and at 7.30 a.m on Saturday and Sunday." - Bradley Martin
