Why a San Francisco Mini-Chain of Italian Restaurants Just Filed for Bankruptcy | Eater SF
"One of two local locations that recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the Clement Street outpost filed on Tuesday, May 20. Co-owner Brandon Gillis told the San Francisco Chronicle the decision was "calculated." Court documents reviewed by the Chronicle show it owes "just over $1 million to creditors including wine distributors, meat purveyors and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration."
