"Opening in downtown Austin with its first classes on Saturday, March 30, this mini-chain blends a bar atmosphere with guided crafting sessions. It offers reservation-based “project socials” where participants craft while they drink — projects range from easy beaded necklaces to more advanced leather passport wallets, with assistants on hand to help. Pricing runs about $28 during happy hour up to $42 on weekends (weekend sessions include bottomless mimosas). The beverage program is circus-themed and includes cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine; the on-site food selection is minimal (popcorn and a cheese board), but guests can order from nearby restaurants such as Second Bar + Kitchen, Jo’s Coffee, and Taverna. Hours are weekdays 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., Saturdays 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., and Sundays noon–3:00 p.m. The concept began in Denver in 2013, expanded to Minneapolis, and this is the fourth location." - Erin Russell
