"I tried the "Asia Minor" salad at The Botanist, a $10–$12 counter selling salads built from greens, grains, nuts, fruits and winter vegetables; my salad contained modest amounts of cucumber, tomato, olives and feta in a sea of baby arugula that didn’t seem to have come from the hydroponic cases as advertised, and while there are five more salads and a vegan minestrone soup on the menu, the grow boxes felt more theatrical than practical." - Robert Sietsema
