"A gin-focused Baltimore bar at 2229 N. Charles Street is co-hosting the Dry January Classic cocktail competition on Sunday, January 19 from 4 to 7 p.m. (the event is being held across two bars). About a dozen bartenders will compete — names on the bill include WC Harlan, Coral Wig, Bluebird, Rye, Mama Koko’s, Bloom’s, Alma Cocina, Cookhouse and others — concocting spirit-free cocktails for attendees and judges. The event will also serve NA beer from Athletic and Good Time, wine by Woffler Estate, and complimentary oysters with additional food available for purchase." - Emily Venezky
