"Since October is National Pasta Month and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Carmine’s will serve roasted tomato cavatelli, a dish created by Carmine’s chef Glenn Rolnick along with Janine Bruno (Homemade by Bruno), an Italian American pasta maker and breast cancer survivor. The special is available for $29.95 and burrata can be added for $8.95. Twenty percent of proceeds of the roasted tomato cavatelli, along with proceeds of each jar of Carmine’s Vodka Sauce sold in October will be donated to the Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation." - Emmy Kasten
