"Since October is National Pasta Month and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Carmine’s will serve roasted tomato cavatelli, a dish created by Carmine’s chef Glenn Rolnick along with Janine Bruno (Homemade by Bruno), an Italian American pasta maker and breast cancer survivor. The special is available for $29.95 and burrata can be added for $8.95.
