"Expanding into a prominent corner at Runnin’ Rebel Plaza across from UNLV, this toasted-subs concept—originally launched to “a very specific counter-culture” at a Sahara and Rainbow retail location—will offer a wide sandwich selection in four-, seven- and 12-inch “blunt” sizes, including the chicken-and-ranch “White Widow,” the “Humboldt” with guacamole and veggies, a portobello “Magic Mushroom,” and the “AK-47” French dip. The menu also includes salads and snacky “munchies” such as a hummus platter, French onion soup, and Rice Krispie bars; one existing Spring Valley site also features a bar.
