"Prolific restaurateur Giorgios Bakatsias is back at it with another high-end, Greek-inspired eatery. Similar, but not identical, to the Kipos restaurants he’s opened in Wilmington and Durham, Naos offers excellent renderings of classic Greek Mediterranean dishes like whole grilled branzino, plenty of dips and spreads, spanakopita, lemony chicken, and of course lamb (this version braised in a clay pot). This is an “order for the table” spot, with plenty of options to mix and match proteins, vegetables, snacks, and more.
