"Twin Creeks at the Silverton has a three-course menu for Christmas from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Diners start with a choice of celeriac soup, Panzanella salad, or baked clams oreganata. For the main course, diners can order osso bucco served with creamy polenta and gremolata John Dory served with mushroom risotto cake, blistered tomatoes, and lemon beurre blanc; or the herb-crusted lamb rack with wild mushrooms, carrot puree, mint salad, and truffle pistachio vinaigrette.
