North Loop Gets a Fresh Coffee and Tea Shop | Eater Twin Cities

"I'm excited that Chicago-based Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea is opening at 120 3rd Avenue North in Minneapolis' North Loop on Saturday, July 14. The shop boasts a vast selection of coffee and tea and, unlike most coffee shops that partner with one or two roasters, uses several roasters from across the country — including locally roasted coffee, Spyhouse, Chicago's Dark Matter, Verve from LA, Stumptown from Portland and Colectivo from Milwaukee. Fairgrounds will serve Rishi Tea and several cold-brewed and sparkling offerings, plus kombucha on tap and Instagram-baited matcha drinks.
