"The fast-casual dining institution Tacos El Gordo is currently only serving at its Losee Road and Charleston Boulevard locations from 11 a.m. to midnight. But during the shutdown, progress has been swiftly advancing to secure approvals for its fourth Las Vegas restaurant, headed very close to Town Square. Moving onto the former site of a junkyard at 2550 W. Sunset Road, the 7,497-square-foot space sits at the intersection with Windy Road and faces Texas de Brazil across the street at the northern side entrance to the outdoor mall." - Bradley Martin
