"Fans of all-you-can-eat peanuts, yeast bread with cinnamon butter, and the notorious Road Kill will have to wait for the first Nevada expansion for Texas Roadhouse. Now the restaurant tells fans on Facebook to expect the opening during the first week of November. Creating an informal “restaurant row” at Craig Road and Bruce Street in North Las Vegas, the substantial 7,518-square-foot, built-from-scratch restaurant will features its own Vegas decor, including a mural. Every Texas Roadhouse has its own butcher and typically sells $1 million in steaks monthly.
