"There are 13 different restaurants at this sprawling resort so guests can have a completely different experience each evening. 501, with a view of the golf greens grills up steaks and fish, but don’t miss dishes like Moroccan chickpeas and rice with baby kale, turmeric, cauliflower, zucchini, lemongrass, ginger, and brown rice. Sea Grille has ocean vistas and dishes like Key West pink shrimp scampi, king salmon with parsnips, crème fraîche, roasted apples, and fall greens.
