"BBD’s opens at Palace Station tonight with an imposing wooden arched ceiling, custom chandeliers, and a large, long bar. The menu features steakhouse burgers cooked over embers of cherrywood and Canadian charcoal, griddle burgers with a crispy brown crust, and steamed burgers served over chopped onions and pickles. Steaks cooked over a wood fire, and vegan and vegetarian dishes such as a gyro taco and meatball parm hero are also available. The craft beer selection includes vintage, sour, and rare brews along with nitro and cask selections.
