Opening Set for Downtown Gluten-Free Bakery Scratch Made | Eater Vegas

"I'm pleased to report the self-described “girls at Scratch” are reopening their gluten-free Scratch Made bakery in a new Arts District space at the C3 Lofts, with a grand opening scheduled for Nov. 24 from 8 a.m. to noon; it will be the sole retail tenant at the purpose-built C3 Lofts. Future regular hours and an updated menu have not yet been revealed, but the team has pledged to continue their allergen-friendly creations from their original location near the corner of Buffalo Drive and Smoke Ranch Road. Previous menu items have included cinnamon buns, cookies, doughnuts, pizza, muffins, quiche, and custom-designed cakes, and the bakery aims to become the neighborhood spot for good eats, sweet treats, and quick bites." - Bradley Martin
