"A colorfully lit, minimalist street-level bar at 612 Brazos Street that focuses on aperitivi, digestivi and classic cocktails; notable drinks include a highball, the Poppy Lou Paloma (mezcal, grapefruit) and the Dublin Drop (whiskey, Guinness beer, lapsang tea). The tiny walk-in space seats up to eight with room for about six standing guests and is run by bartender Conor O’Reilly, who moved to Austin from Ireland in 2018.
