"A colorfully lit, minimalist street-level bar at 612 Brazos Street that focuses on aperitivi, digestivi and classic cocktails; notable drinks include a highball, the Poppy Lou Paloma (mezcal, grapefruit) and the Dublin Drop (whiskey, Guinness beer, lapsang tea). The tiny walk-in space seats up to eight with room for about six standing guests and is run by bartender Conor O’Reilly, who moved to Austin from Ireland in 2018. The venue took over the former juice-bar location and was originally planned as a European-style spot with coffee and rotating dishes.
