"This family-owned bakery opened its first location in Japan in 2011; Kirari West debuted in 2014 when Hiro Saito opened his second location in Redondo Beach (the all-gluten-free spot has since expanded to Portland, Oregon, too). The family uses a signature rice flour blend for loaves of bread (try the traditional sandwich loaf), cakes, tarts, stacked breakfast sandwiches, and panini.
