The enormous burritos here, which can easily feed two, contain impeccably seasoned rice and creamy refried beans, plus a generous helping of eggs, potatoes, and cheese. Adding chorizo just makes the marriage of the ingredients better. Sanchez is a well-loved Tigard institution, so there’s almost always a line out the door. But, the efficient layout and a fleet of nimble servers means orders come in and go out briskly.
