"Enjoy a newly launched afternoon tea service in one of Houston’s most beautiful restaurants. The Marigold Club, a French-American restaurant nestled in Montrose, offers a London-inspired tea service during its brunch, complete with a two-tiered tower of bites, including pimento cheese croquettes, smoked salmon mousse on sesame financiers, chicken salad tea sandwiches with walnut pesto aioli, and tarts of all sorts. Polspotten teapots are filled with bespoke single-origin tea from Brooklyn’s Bellocq Tea Atelier, but the drinks don’t stop there. Diners can also indulge in Champagne, mimosas, Bloody Marys, and a variety of other cocktails, including Queen Charlotte Punch, a combination of red wine blend, spiced pear, lemon, orange, and raspberry. Reservations are encouraged." - Brittany Britto Garley, Megha McSwain
