DePasquale and Varano North End Dynasties Merge for Everett Casino Venture - Eater Boston
"Two North End restaurant dynasties will open a joint venture at a forthcoming casino in Everett. Frank DePasquale of DePasquale Ventures and Nick Varano of the Varano Group will open an Italian restaurant called Fratelli within the Encore Boston Harbor resort, according to the Boston Globe. Fratelli will seat 135 people, spanning 5,200 square feet of space, just off the main gambling floor within the complex, and it will serve a menu of Italian classics, including brick-oven pizza, calzones, pasta made in-house, and entrees like lobster fra diavolo, veal Milanese, and gnocchi alla Sorrentina." - Dana Hatic
