"A planned small-scale brewery in Amsterdam to be run by founder Jason Pellett and his wife Leslie, focused initially on producing stouts and barleywine in 500–1000L guest-brew batches at existing breweries around the city. The operation will be run by the two of them without a taproom and will distribute in the Netherlands to start, with the long-term goal of returning to wild-yeast experimentation and brewing a big double IPA; beers from the project could eventually make their way back to Atlanta." - Beth McKibben
