"Pizza Lab opened in Spring 2024 — next to the popular Pain D’Avignon bakery in Hyannis — and serves Neapolitan wood-fired pizza in addition to a small menu of Italian dishes. The pizza menu includes classics like margherita, diavola, and capricciosa, as well as “gourmet” offerings like the Amalfi with cream of pistacchio stracciatella and crispy prosciutto and the Bianca with ricotta di bufala, truffle oil, and arugula.
