"I visited a new Southern French eatery in Old Town Pasadena that opened on Monday; Entre Nous is a branching-off by Mathias Wakrat and Jean-Christophe Febbrari after selling their shares in Eagle Rock’s Cafe Beaujolais. The owners, who hail from the French Riviera, hope to serve traditional French fare like rack of lamb, duck confit, and the Marseille specialty bouillabaisse. The interior seats about 50 and three to four tables fill a side patio. Rather than mirroring the fully French wine list at Cafe Beaujolais, they drew on two decades away from France to offer a more international wine selection, including bottles from California and New Zealand and a rose from Wakrat’s hometown of Saint-Tropez." - Mona Holmes
