"Chi Mac, a popular destination in the U District for sweet and spicy fried chicken, is expanding to a new location in Factoria, Bellevue. The restaurant, known for its variety of wing glazes including gochujang, soy garlic, and Sichuan pepper, will be taking over the former location of sandwich store Sacks in Factoria Village strip mall. The menu also features popcorn chicken, whole or half fried chicken, fries, corn cheese, and fried rice. Korean beers Hite, Cass, and Kloud are recommended to accompany the spicy menu, and a beer and soju 'tower' is available for those looking to get boozy." - Tim Forster
