"Located near Allegiant Stadium, this 22,000-square-foot entertainment complex from the owners of Egg Works and Egg & I aims to be the go-to spot for watching big games. It’s filled with interactive darts, pool tables, air hockey, more than 40 pinball machines, and a virtual reality room; the banquet facility includes a 2,500-square-foot kitchen, 9,000 square feet of entertainment space, and room for up to 400 people. For Vegas Golden Knights games it replicates an arena feel—train horns and flashing lights when the team scores—and, as director of operations Randy Zinkil says, "You feel like you’re at the game without being at the game." The venue rotates nine menus (barbecue, Italian, and Asian among them), serves courses at tables set six feet apart with up to six people per table, and offers 38 TVs plus a 22-foot by 12-foot screen, all backed by a Bose sound system and immersive lighting to recreate scoring moments. Once COVID-19 restrictions lift it hopes to serve as a tailgating spot for big games and to host charity events, live performance nights, and corporate outings; tickets start at $79.99." - Susan Stapleton
