"In Fort Worth, Tulips opened its 5,000-square-foot music venue and bar to locals as a DIY warming station; co-owner Jason Suder said about 60 people came through, they have power and the ability to keep people warm and safe, they’re serving hot coffee and hot dogs, have plenty of church pews for naps and clean bathroom facilities, and plan to keep their doors open as long as outages continue while accepting donations via Instagram to help feed folks." - Amy McCarthy
