"Verve Roastery Del Sur is a new project in the Arts District of Los Angeles, spanning 7,000 square feet of production and dining space. It will serve as both a coffee roasting operation and a fully-realized restaurant. The venue will also function as a flagship location for Verve in Southern California, featuring a menu crafted by Mario Tolentino, and will provide breads from Superba and pastries from Erin McKenna.
