"Opening this fall on the second floor of the D Las Vegas on Fremont Street, this 120-seat, 24-hour restaurant is a bacon-forward concept developed with Chef Josh Green of Skinny Fats and Greens and Proteins. The menu is a love letter to salt-cured pork, featuring 14 hand-seasoned bacon variations — including lemon pepper, brown sugar, teriyaki, Cajun, jalapeño, buffalo, salt and vinegar, applewood bourbon, truffle, and chocolate-dipped — alongside bacon flights, boozy milkshakes, and brunch and diner classics offered both with and without the namesake meat. The signature item is a take on the BLT called the Reverse BLT, built on a woven bacon bun with bread in the middle. Customers can order online and retrieve meals from temperature-controlled lockers using a code or QR scan. The restaurant occupies the former D Grill space, showcasing an open kitchen, brick walls, rich wood and marble accents, and a private dining room for up to 24 guests, and is part of a larger renovation at the D that includes a renovated second-level casino floor and expansion of BarCanada." - Janna Karel
