"After opening in North Park in 2017, I learned that Tamarindo Latin Kitchen + Bar is heading to Del Mar, where it will take a coveted street-level spot in Del Mar Plaza and expand into an adjacent unit to create roughly 4,000 square feet including a patio. Scheduled for early spring 2020, the North County location will offer lunch, dinner, and brunch and will transfer over popular weekly specials from its University Avenue outpost—Fiesta Hour, a twice-daily happy hour, Taco Tuesday, and a bottomless mimosa weekend brunch.
