"The Cypress bar where bartender Miguel Rizo worked has come under scrutiny after Rizo was arrested on charges of over-serving alcohol to a patron, Zachary Castro, who later caused a car crash that killed Mayra Ospina while she was helping a disabled vehicle in a ditch. The employer has stated that Rizo is no longer employed at the bar and is cooperating with authorities by providing all requested information." - Amy McCarthy
