"I learned that Marrow Detroit Provisions will occupy a 1,400-square-foot space at 283 Hamilton Row in Birmingham as a neighborhood butcher shop with limited café seating; it will sell fresh cuts of meat, aged steaks, the company’s line of sausages, and gourmet sundries, and will offer a menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups designed by Marrow’s executive chef and partner Sarah Welch and the rest of the team.
