"Created by the operators of a Spring Valley boba shop and a Japanese- and Thai-inspired curry spot in the northwest, this new standalone restaurant is moving into the shuttered Pot Tea Social House — a former New Day Cafe — near the intersection of Windmill Lane and Rainbow Boulevard. Aiming to open by the end of January or shortly after, the concept centers on quality, thinly sliced meats served on a hot plate that diners cook themselves to their preferred doneness, anywhere from rare to well done; the format is similar in style to Japanese “D-I-Y Teppan” establishments." - Bradley Martin
