Das Wagon — from the team behind the popular Good Day Donuts — has quietly opened near Future Primitive Brewery in White Center, slinging bratwurst, currywurst, vienna schnitzel, obatza (German beer cheese), and pickle dip. There are also grilled apple fritters on hand, courtesy of Good Day. Owner Erik Jackson — former head chef at the Madrona Italian restaurant Vendemmia — tells Eater the food truck has started off with a light schedule of Thursday through Sunday, 4:30ish to 8:30ish, with hours extended on Saturday, opening at 12:30pm.
