"I note that Workshop is a food hall run as a culinary incubator with leases ranging from three to twelve months; owner Michael Shemtov said Pink Bellies was one of the opening kitchens and a hometown favorite, so they extended its stay beyond one year but will have Pink Bellies at the venue through mid-October and plan to announce new kitchens in the coming months." - Erin Perkins
