"Opening a Cedar Park location at 410 West Whitestone Boulevard on Wednesday, October 11, this bagel shop brings the same New York–style menu—made with dough sourced from the East Coast city—featuring flavors like everything, cinnamon raisin, sun-dried tomato and French toast. Cream cheeses range from plain and vegan vegetable to strawberry and a spicy arbol/pequin pepper, and breakfast and lunch sandwiches use those bagels with fillings such as eggs, lox, pastrami, Taylor ham and turkey. The larger suburban space allows them to sell retail bottles of their house hot sauce, add more specialty sandwiches and broaden baked goods (including more black-and-white cookies plus new crumb cakes and chocolate chip cookies from lead baker AJ Lurgio), while longtime staffer Wendy Gammon will serve as general manager of the Cedar Park spot.
