"Opened on March 14 at 2720 152nd Ave. NE, #150, this Redmond restaurant is Taylor Hoang's new venture next door to her recently opened Maxwella’s Cafe and Bar and shares a private room with that neighbor which is available for community use free of charge. Hoang aims to showcase the diverse and evolving food scene of Saigon, particularly District One where she lived for six years, and the 120-seat restaurant reflects that mission by combining street food and sit-down dishes to highlight Vietnamese influences from French, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. The extensive menu ranges from traditional pho and banh mi sandwiches to eclectic items such as coconut shrimp ceviche, mustard greens and grilled pork rolls, five spice-braised lamb shanks, steak with duck pate, and glass noodles with pork belly, prawns, ginger, and spicy XO soy sauce, and the space also includes a full bar." - Megan Hill
