One of NYC’s Best Noodle Shops Appears to Be Moving to Plano | Eater Dallas

"Beloved in Queens for its hand-pulled “dial oil” noodles—seasoned with garlic, vinegar, and hot oil—and for traditional Henan dishes that earned food critics' raves after opening in Elmhurst in 2011, this restaurant closed its Elmhurst location in January 2018 and now appears to be relocating to Plano.
