Michelin-Starred Restaurant Press Is Resurrecting the Former Dean & DeLuca Space in Napa Valley | Eater SF

"Set to open in summer 2024, this sprawling new outlet called Under-Study will occupy the former Dean & DeLuca grocery space next door to the 587 Saint Helena Highway South restaurant and will be run by Press chef Philip Tessier and director of operations Justin Williams; the team says it will include a patisserie, a butcher shop highlighting Flannery Beef and Snake River Farms, counter service, a space for wine classes, and more, and the space will be shared with the Napa Valley Museum of Art & Culture with Studio Terpeluk designing the interior." - Paolo Bicchieri
