"This Austin-based Thai pop-up, founded by Texas-born chef Dream Kasestatad, focuses on a pad Thai-centric menu (including a vegan pad Thai) and pairs the food with a retro 1970s Thai psychedelic soundtrack and beverage collaborations. Kasestatad grew up in his family’s Thai restaurants in Lubbock, Texas, moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, and began cooking pad Thai and Thai street foods while catering on TV and movie sets; growing demand led him to pop up around Hollywood and eventually tour the country. Upcoming tour stops include a Birmingham brewery April 26–27 and New Orleans April 29–30." - Beth McKibben
