Crowd-Pleaser Tender Greens Debuts Monday at One Paseo - Eater San Diego

"Tender Greens is the next restaurant to activate at One Paseo, joining Shake Shack, Salt & Straw Ice Cream, and Susie Cakes as part the first wave of eateries to land at the Carmel Valley development, which will ultimately hold close to 20 distinct food and drink concepts. Grand opening Monday, April 1, this is the 30th location for the “fine-casual” company, which was founded in 2006 and runs four other outposts in the San Diego area.
