"Lola’s by MFK opened in March 2022 in Anaheim, serving comforting Filipino family breakfasts. The menu includes classic silog meals traditionally served with garlic fried rice and a yolky egg, ube-infused pancakes, French toast, and omelets with chicken adobo. The restaurant also offers California fare like avocado toast and a huevos rancheros plate to honor Henry Pineda's Guatemalan roots.
