"A true dive bar with an accommodating staff, a chatty regular crowd, and a no-frills approach (bottles and cans only). The parking-lot Coca-Cola pole sign still reads “Rochester Tavern,” but regardless of name, the burgers are gigantic and the petite menu only offers double hamburger or double cheeseburger (no singles), both under $10; wings and gizzards are solid picks, too. It’s a genuine example of an honest dive rather than a curated street-cred spot." - Meg van Huygen
