"In Mission Valley's Park Valley Center on Camino de la Reina, Breakfast Republic has opened a 2,436-square-foot outpost that replaces a Panda Express and marks the ninth location for the concept; it's also the fourteenth opening for Johan Engman and his Rise & Shine Restaurant Group.
