"A fast-casual pizza start-up is getting off the ground in Carlsbad, where the eatery will be a tenant at Bressi Ranch’s new Lift development. Del Lusso’s will be open by late summer, says co-owner and chef Walter Wong, a Carlsbad resident who had a successful career in the software industry before developing a scaleable model for the pizzeria with co-founder Steve Seminara.
