"The Italian standby will return to its original Capitol Hill spot where it had been located for a 10-year stretch before closing in 2020. Per a liquor license filed this month, it will reclaim the building that most recently housed the short-lived Harvest Tide Steakhouse; it is unclear whether the sibling speakeasy Harold Black will also revive service up top.
