"Opening in December inside the new Hilton Canopy Atlanta Midtown on West Peachtree Street, Xhibit Studio Kitchen & Bar is led by chef Christian Messier and will focus on seasonal, frequently changing dishes that use vegetables, meats, and seafood from local farms and breads from Atlanta’s H+F Bread Company. In addition to a full menu, it will offer hotel guests quick-serve items like pastries and quiches and coffee from Smyrna’s Rev Coffee. Many dishes will be cooked in a stone hearth oven visible from the white granite L-shaped bar, and Messier says the concept aims to create a fresh, local approach tailored to the unique needs of guests.
