"Karma Farm, supposedly “America’s first certified, gluten-free, fast-casual restaurant,” is open on Pharr Road, What Now Atlanta reports. According to owners McCall Wilder and Scott Wilder, Karma Farm is certified by the Gluten Free Food Service Division (GFFS) of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) of North America. Karma Farm’s menu serves “clean, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free” dishes featuring “Southern-inspired flavors with global influences and humanely-raised, mindfully-sourced ingredients.” It dubs itself a “modern” ”protein and three” or “meat and three”. Karma Farm is currently only open for lunch, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m." - Beth McKibben
