Mon Restaurant Group temporarily closes Monta Chaya and adds new restaurant to its culinary empire - Eater Vegas
"Since 2013, Monta Chaya on Eastern Avenue in southeast Las Vegas endured a shutter, a revival, and a move to the Silverado Center, but after surviving the pandemic, the restaurant has announced 'it's sad to say that we are temporary closed until further notice.' Unable to predict a return date, but affirming 'we will come back to serve you again,' Monta Chaya was open daily from noon to 8 p.m and served a Kurume-style tonkotsu ramen menu, plus Japanese tapas dishes including steamed chashu pork buns and karaage chicken." - Bradley Martin
