For Spice this year, the casual restaurant will dish out starters of shrimp ceviche made with aji amarillo sauce or cochinita sliders stuffed with pulled pork, black beans and pickled red onion. For the main course, choices are grilled octopus with quinoa salad or lomo saltado, a dish of beef tenderloin, fried egg, potato, tomatoes, onion, and sillao sauce rice.
