"Opening December 6 in the former Goin’ Coastal space, this new pizzeria and slice shop aims to restore pizza to Virginia-Highland with a menu of classic New York- and square-style pies and rotating slices. Expect a grandma-style square called the Noni (named for the owner’s grandmother), daily-changing slice offerings priced $3–$6, and shareable starters like cheesy buns and sausage bread alongside a handful of Italian subs and soft-serve ice cream for dessert. Drink options include beer, wine, and bottled cocktails such as a 50/50 martini, negroni, and old fashioned. The design channels old-school New York slice joints—red, white, and brick accents, a large vintage Brooklyn Bridge photo, hundreds of pizza-themed stickers in the restrooms, and a Ms. Pac-Man machine with vintage tokens—while seating is available in the dining room, at the bar, or at sidewalk tables with counter ordering. Owned by restaurateur Billy Streck, who draws on family pizza traditions and other local restaurants he runs, the spot offers takeout, delivery, outdoor seating, and is accessible via MARTA bus #36 and #816." - Beth McKibben
